Does DSI work with other technology vendors outside their listed affiliates?
Yes. Very few businesses employ products from a single vendor. Our primary focus has always been on our client’s needs. Over the years we have worked with and integrated many different vendor technologies (common and uncommon).
If DSI does not offer a specific product or service can you offer recommendations for a provider that does?
Absolutely, in fact most long time DSI clients will come to us first when they have a need and are not sure where to find a qualified vendor.
Will DSI provide design and implement services if we purchase the hardware and software from another vendor?
Yes. Naturally we would like to sell total solutions but we understand that many businesses may have volume agreements or long time relationships with vendors that they wish to maintain. We have no issue with implementing solutions that are not purchased directly from DSI.
