Why is it important to follow DSI’s Five Step Process?
- The Five Step Process ensures that every project flows from contemplation through execution in a predictable fashion with no surprises. Proper planning is the key to any successful effort, and following the process guarantees that no step will be missed, and that each phase will be properly documented. As the cost of a failed or delayed project is difficult to predict, it is critical that a process to minimize unexpected problems be followed. DSI’s Five Step Process has provided positive results for over a decade.

Why must there be an interview? Can’t we just tell you what we need done?
- Unfortunately, no. While the final decision about what you need is of course yours, it is preferable to discuss whatever project is being contemplated with well trained specialists who have years of experience directly related to your project. This is not a sales meeting, or a “pitch.” This is an opportunity for you to gain valuable insight into problems similar companies have had with implementations of a similar nature, and perhaps learn new, more efficient ways of achieving your goals. There is no cost for this interview, and it is the first and most important step in DSI’s Five Step Process.

How does billing work? Is financing available?

Payment terms are available for qualified customers. For small projects, billing usually occurs at the successful conclusion of the project. For longer projects, milestones may be identified which, when achieved, are billed. Managed services can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually. If your project requires financing, talk to one of our account managers about your financing options.
Payments are accepted via company check, electronic transfer or company credit card.
